Living in Placitas means your roof faces mountain and desert weather at the same time. Set in the northern foothills of the Sandias at elevations from 5,500 to over 6,500 feet, this community of custom adobe and Pueblo-style homes gets fierce downslope winds, heavier snow than Albuquerque, hard freezes, and intense high-altitude sun. Monsoon storms roll off the mountain with heavy rain and hail, and piñon and juniper debris clog canales and drains. Over time, even a well-built roof will show signs of stress. At Roof Repair Today, we know what it takes to keep Placitas roofs standing strong. We specialize in expert roof repairs, replacements, and durable silicone coatings built for foothill conditions. Whether it's repairing freeze-damaged parapets, resealing flashing and skylights, or restoring a weathered flat or metal roof, our work is designed to protect your home for years to come.
